Tricia Connor Biles, President

Mrs. Tricia Connor Biles is the Director of Outdoor Education and Group Services at the Capital District YMCA Camp Chingachgook. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Westfield State College and a Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University. Her educational philosophy is collaborative leadership.

Mrs. Biles was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2018. In addition to being Board President, she is Chair of the Culture and Climate Committee and serves on the Board Development and Policy Committees.

Mrs. Biles and her husband, Nick, have two children – Finneas and Madeleine – and a pet cat named Friday. She enjoys swimming, hiking, paddling, and many other outdoor pursuits.

Maryanne MacKenzie

Maryanne MacKenzie, Vice President

Ms. Maryanne MacKenzie is a Licensed Physical Therapist. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from St. Lawrence University and a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from SUNY Health Science Center in Syracuse.

Ms. MacKenzie was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2019. In addition to being Board Vice President, she is Chair of the Policy Committee and serves on the Board Development Committee and Culture and Climate Committee.

Ms. MacKenzie and her husband, Mark Weidner, have two children – Gabriella and Freddy Weidner – two dogs, and a cat. She is an outdoor enthusiast who likes to travel and hike mountains. She has run several marathons and is an Adirondack 46er. She also enjoys poetry and crossword puzzles.

Jeannine Bieber

Mrs. Jeannine Bieber teaches chemistry, physics, and nanotechnology at Hadley-Luzerne Central School District. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry and Master’s Degree in chemistry and education from SUNY Plattsburgh. 

Mrs. Bieber was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2020. She serves on the Athletic and Buildings and Grounds Committees. 

Mrs. Bieber and her husband, Steven, have two daughters who graduated from LGHS – Kira, Class of 2017 and Elena, Class of 2019 – and a dog named Annie. She enjoys living in the Adirondacks with everything it has to offer, especially hiking and stand up paddle boarding.

Mrs. Katie Bruening is an Outdoor Educator for Camp Chingachgook. Prior to this position, she was an educator for The Traveling Museum. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee.

Mrs. Bruening was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2018. She serves on the Audit and Finance; Curriculum and Instruction; and Policy Committees.

Mrs. Breuning and her husband, Glen, have two sons – Dylan and Carson. She enjoys hiking, sailing, and all types of winter sports.

Rosemarie Earl

Rosemarie Earl

Mrs. Rosemarie Earl retired from LGCSD as Director of Guidance after 28 years of service. She was an advocate for students and parents; master scheduler for Lake George Jr.-Sr. High School; and collaborator with faculty, parents, and administration. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in sociology/psychology from St. Lawrence University, a Master’s Degree with a concentration in school counseling from the College of St. Rose, and completed graduate work at SUNY Plattsburgh. 

Mrs. Earl was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2020. She is Chair of the Curriculum and Instruction Committee and serves on the Audit and Finance, Athletic, and Culture and Climate Committees. Her other community service includes serving as treasurer of the Fort George Association and volunteering at the Double H Hole in the Woods Ranch and the Sacred Heart Food Pantry. She has 30 years of service with the National Ski Patrol and is a life member and past president of the Lake George Emergency Squad as an emergency medical technician. 

Mrs. Earl and her husband, Todd, have one daughter, Maggie, who graduated from LGHS in 2017. Her interests include biking, hiking, swimming, and traveling. She loves living in the Lake George region and enjoys theater productions from the Adirondack Theater Festival in Glens Falls and Proctors Theater in Schenectady. She is a member of the Lake George Association, Lake George Land Conservancy, Adirondack Mountain Club, and the Fort George Association.

Lin King

Lin King

Mrs. Lin King is a retired business woman who holds several leadership positions in education. She is vice president of the WSWHE BOCES, president of the Adirondack Area School Boards Association, and past chair of the Board of Directors for the Rural Schools Association of New York State. She studied at the University at Maine for two years.

Mrs. King was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2019. She previously served on the Lake George Board of Education for 28 years. She is Chair of the Audit and Finance and Board Development Committees and serves on the Buildings and Grounds and Curriculum and Instruction Committees.

Mrs. King and her husband, Allen, have two children who graduated from Lake George Jr.-Sr. High School – Brian King and Alison Fetterman. They have two grandchildren – Gus and Etta. They also have two dogs – Cooper, a giant Golden Retriever, and Belle, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She enjoys playing golf and tennis.

Melissa Seale

Mrs. Melissa Seale, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified - specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She works at the Center for Children and Families at Glens Falls Hospital. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Quinnipiac University and is a graduate of Sage Colleges with a Master of Science degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Mrs. Seale was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2019. She is Chair of the Athletic and Buildings and Grounds Committees.

She also volunteers with the Open Door Mission, Warren County Historical Society, and is a supporter of the World Awareness Children’s Museum. 

Mrs. Seale and her husband, Michael, have three children – Dylan, Prysilla, and Michael. They have a dog named Duke, a parrot named Coco, and a parakeet named Buddy, who keeps Coco company.  She enjoys traveling with family and is a horseback rider who competed in show jumping. She is also interested in historical renovations – she is currently renovating an historical home in Glens Falls.
